Obverse description Central field dominated by a square cartouche enclosing a multi-line Arabic religious or titular legend in bold Nastaliq-influenced Kufic script. The area surrounding the central square contains additional Arabic inscriptions arranged in the margins, with cursive letterforms filling the field. The overall design follows the standard Golden Horde epigraphic style, with no figural imagery, relying entirely on calligraphic elements for decoration. Strike is characteristic of hammered coinage, resulting in slightly uneven flan edges and variable depth of relief across the die.
