A six-pointed star or geometric ornament is visible at the center of the inscription field, a decorative motif characteristic of Jochid coinage of this period. The script is executed in a bold, somewhat cursive Naskh hand typical of mid-14th century Golden Horde dirhams, with individual letter forms crowded due to the irregular flan. The overall strike is slightly off-center, consistent with the hammered production technique of the Saray al-Jadida mint. |

| Descrizione del rovescio | Multi-line Arabic legend occupying the full field, presenting the name and titles of Khan Jani Beg along with the mint name Saray al-Jadida and the AH date, distributed across three to four horizontal lines within a plain circular border. The script is rendered in a bold Naskh style characteristic of Golden Horde coinage of the mid-14th century, with some letters merging due to the cramped flan and variable strike pressure. Small pellet ornaments are visible in the lower field serving as line separators or decorative fillers. The flan shows the typical irregular edges of a hand-cut silver blank, and the overall relief is high with slight weakness at the periphery. |
