| Obverse description | Central field entirely occupied by a multi-line Arabic legend in bold, slightly angular script, reading the royal titulature of Khan Aziz Shaykh. The inscription, translating as 'Sultan the Just Aziz Shaykh Khan, may his reign be long,' fills the flan from edge to edge without a border. The die-struck lettering is raised in high relief against a flat, unadorned field. The coin's irregular flan, characteristic of hammered coinage, causes partial legend truncation at the margins. No figural motifs or decorative devices are present. |
