| 背面描述 | Central field bears the name and titles of the Caliph al-Mu'tazz Billah, rendered in multiple horizontal lines of Kufic Arabic script within a plain inner circle, with a small ornamental device above the uppermost line of text. A continuous marginal legend in Kufic script encircles the inner field, recording the mint name and AH date, while a further outer marginal inscription occupies the raised border. The die work is typical of provincial Abbasid mint production of the 252–255 AH period. |
