| Beschrijving keerzijde | Two standing figures flank a tall stepped fire altar at the centre of the field, each figure facing inward toward the altar in a posture of reverence; the altar is depicted with a tiered pedestal and a flaming top rendered with vertical striations representing the sacred flame. The attendant on the left is dressed in full Sasanian royal regalia, while the figure on the right appears similarly attired, both rendered with beaded ornamentation typical of the period. The scene conveys the Zoroastrian sacred fire cult central to Sasanian royal ideology. A Inscriptional Pahlavi legend in the field identifies the fire as the Fire of Bahram. The entire composition is enclosed within a prominent beaded border. |
