| Beschrijving keerzijde | A stepped Zoroastrian fire altar rendered in high relief at center, with a flaming pyre issuing from the top of the altar platform, decorated with a beaded border along its upper register. Two long ribbons or knotted bands hang from either side of the altar top, flanked by two small attendant figures or supports at the base. Two lateral side-altars or small fire stands with hemispherical bowls appear to the left and right of the central column, all set within a beaded border. The composition follows the standard Sasanian reverse type, emphasizing the sacred Zoroastrian fire cult. |
