Two royal attendants stand in attendance on either side of the altar: the left figure wears a winged crown surmounted by a korymbos, while the right figure wears a mural crown, consistent with Sasanian royal and divine iconography. An Inscriptional Pahlavi legend appears in the field, providing a mint name or royal epithet. The overall composition adheres to the standard Sasanian reverse type established from the reign of Ardashir I onward. |
