背面描述	Reverse of this hammered gold dinar displays the shahada in bold raised Arabic script arranged in multiple horizontal lines across the irregular flan. The central field bears the Islamic profession of faith reading 'There is no god but God, Muhammad is the Messenger of God.' A marginal legend encircling the field records the mint name and the date of striking in words, identifying the place of issue as al-Qahira (Cairo) and the year as 741 AH. The calligraphy is vigorous and deeply struck in the characteristic Mamluk epigraphic tradition.
