Beschrijving voorzijde Facing head of a bull rendered in bold archaic relief, centered within the roughly circular flan. The animal is depicted full-face with prominent curved horns extending to either side, wide-set eyes with deeply incised pupils, and a broad, naturalistically modeled muzzle. The treatment is characteristic of the Archaic style, combining powerful plasticity with schematic simplicity. The field surrounding the bull's head is plain and unlettered, with no border or legend.

Beschrijving keerzijde Deeply recessed quadripartite incuse square occupying the full reverse field, divided by two diagonal raised ridges crossing at the center to form four triangular compartments of alternating relief and depression, consistent with early Archaic hammered coinage technique. The incuse is sharply cut and geometrically regular, with no inscription or additional devices. This mill-sail or windmill pattern within the square punch is a hallmark of the earliest Athenian didrachms attributed to the Wappenmünzen series.
