Vladislaus I's reign saw persistent tension with his brother Soběslav, who had been passed over for the duchy and was actively conspiring with Holy Roman Emperor Henry V against him. Coinage from this specific window — before Vladislaus was forced to abdicate in 1125 — was struck under those conditions of political instability, which likely disrupted mint continuity. Cach 547 is among the thinner-documented issues of the series, and surviving specimens are infrequently offered.
