Beschrijving keerzijde	A plain cross centered within a raised inner circle or ring, enclosed by an outer border. The spaces between the inner and outer circles are filled with short radial lines. The overall composition is simple and unadorned, consistent with the anonymous hammered bracteate-influenced deniers of the early Árpád dynasty.

Aanvullende informatie	Stephen II inherited the Hungarian throne amid unresolved dynastic conflict — his father Kálmán had blinded and castrated his brother Álmos along with Álmos's young son Béla, an act that haunted the reign. Stephen spent much of his kingship in nearly continuous warfare against Byzantium, Bohemia, and Venice, and died in 1131 without a legitimate heir, ending his direct line.
