| Descrizione del dritto | Central field depicts a kneeling armored duke facing right, rendered in crude but expressive Romanesque style, presenting homage or supplication before the standing figure of Saint Adalbert, patron saint of Poland, who is shown facing front wearing episcopal vestments and mitre, holding a crozier in his right hand. The two figures are enclosed within a beaded inner circle. A peripheral legend in debased Latin characters runs around the outer border, reading partially as S.ADALBERTVS – BOLEZLAV, though letters are irregularly formed and partially retrograde owing to the bracteate striking technique. |

| Descrizione del rovescio | As a bracteate coin struck from a single die on a thin silver flan, the reverse presents a mirror-image incuse impression of the obverse design. The ghosted outlines of the central figural group — the kneeling duke and the standing bishop — are faintly visible in intaglio relief, characteristic of the bracteate technique. The surface is plain and unworked, with irregular flan edges typical of hammered medieval Polish deniers of the early Piast period. Multiple punch variants are recorded for this type. |
