Obverse description Frontal bust of a princely figure depicted in a stylized Romanesque manner, shown from the waist upward within a raised circular border. The ruler is flanked on the left by a tall, multi-spired tower or architectural element symbolizing Kraków, and on the right by a smaller structure or sceptre-like object. The figure wears a necklace or collar and raises both arms outward in a gesture of authority. The overall design is characteristic of early Polish bracteate coinage, with bold, low-relief modeling and no inscriptional legend.
