Reverse description Incuse mirror image of the obverse design, as is characteristic of bracteate coinage struck from a single die on a thin flan. The reverse shows the impressed negative relief of the enthroned episcopal figure with crozier and benediction gesture, with the beaded inner circle visible in negative. The surface is unmarked by any additional legend or device, conforming to standard bracteate production technique of the period.
