| Descrizione del dritto | Single-sided bracteate depicting two crowned, enthroned figures facing forward in a symmetrical composition, each wearing a ornate crown with pellet decoration. The left figure holds an orb surmounted by a cross between the two, while both figures are shown in regal robes with stylised drapery rendered in the Romanesque manner. A partial legend runs along the inner border on both sides of the figures. The design is enclosed within a beaded inner circle bordered by a plain outer rim, characteristic of Frankfurt mint bracteate coinage of the late 12th century. |
