| Mô tả mặt trước | Bracteate struck on a thin silver flan, featuring a frontal bust of Emperor Frederick I (Barbarossa) in high relief, helmeted and wearing a crown or coronet, flanked by stylized architectural elements suggestive of towers or city gates, likely referencing the city of Ulm. The emperor's effigy is rendered in a bold Romanesque style with pronounced facial features and decorative drapery visible at the shoulders. The central design is enclosed within a plain inner ring, itself surrounded by a beaded outer border. The overall composition is characteristic of South German bracteate coinage of the mid-twelfth century. |

The reverse therefore shows the negative impression of the helmeted imperial bust and flanking architectural motifs, with no independent design or legend. The surface is uneven and shows the characteristic fabric of hammered bracteate coinage. |
