| Obverse description | Central field displays a walking lion passant to the right in high relief, rendered in the Romanesque style typical of 12th-century German bracteates. The lion is set within a circular inner border formed by a raised ring, surrounded by a Latin legend distributed around the circumference. The design is further framed by multiple concentric raised ridges that form the characteristic decorative border of the bracteate type.
