| Beschrijving voorzijde | Central field dominated by a cross pattée enclosed within a beaded inner circle, with a stylized foliate or trefoil ornament in the upper-left quadrant and pellets in the remaining quadrants. The cross arms are broad and slightly wedge-shaped, characteristic of Bohemian hammered coinage of the late tenth and early eleventh centuries. A Latin legend runs around the periphery, partially legible due to the irregular flan and die wear. The overall design reflects the Ottonian influence prevalent in contemporary Central European deniers. |
