| Obverse description | Facing crowned royal bust depicted between two stylized towers, with a star in the upper left field, a crescent in the upper center, and a small circle to the upper right. The effigy is rendered in the flat, schematic style typical of Hungarian medieval bracteate-influenced deniers. The crown is clearly delineated above the head, and the bust is shown frontally with simplified facial features. No legend surrounds the design, the field being largely plain. |

| Reverse description | The reverse bears no conventional legend; instead, a series of small circles are arranged in place of an inscription around the field. The central device features a bastion or gateway flanked by two towers set upon an arch. Above the arch, a stylized branch or foliate ornament is positioned between two small circles, while a leaf motif appears below the arch. The overall composition is characteristic of the architectural and heraldic imagery found on early 13th-century Hungarian deniers, executed in a bold, simplified relief. |
