| Beschrijving voorzijde | Laureate draped bust of Emperor Trajan facing right, with short beard, rendered in high relief in the confident portraiture style characteristic of the Trajanic period. The emperor wears a laurel wreath and a paludamentum (military cloak) visible at the left shoulder. The legend encircles the bust along the rim, reading from the lower left, with individual letters clearly spaced. The flan is slightly irregular and shows the characteristic hand-struck texture of Roman hammered coinage. |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | Standing figure of Aeternitas (Eternity) facing left in the field, draped in long robes, holding a torch or sceptre in her raised right hand and a second attribute, possibly a globe or patera, in her lowered left hand. The personification is rendered in the classical Roman allegorical tradition, occupying the full height of the flan. The legend S P Q R OPTIMO PRINCIPI is inscribed along the upper rim, with AET AVG divided in the field to either side of the figure. The reverse field shows characteristic die wear consistent with circulation. |
