| Description du revers | Central field depicting two principal cult symbols of the goddess Isis: to the left, a sistrum with its characteristic looped frame, handle, and transverse rods; to the right, a bucket-shaped situla used in ritual libations. These emblems reflect the strong Ptolemaic religious influence associated with Cleopatra Selene, daughter of Cleopatra VII and Mark Antony. The Greek legend is disposed in two lines across the lower field, separated by a dotted line, reading BACIΛI above and ΚΛΕΟΠΑΤΡΑ below, collectively identifying the queen.
