| Description de l’avers | Galba depicted as an equestrian figure in military dress, riding a horse in full gallop to the right, raising his right arm in a gesture of command or salutation. The emperor is shown wearing a cuirass and military cloak (paludamentum) flowing behind him. The legend SER GALBA IMP arcs around the upper field, identifying the issuer as Servius Galba, Imperator. The die-work is bold and vigorous, characteristic of the hasty military mint production of Galba's brief reign. The coin's flan is irregular, as typical of issues struck outside the established Rome mint during the civil war period of 68–69 AD. |

| Description du revers | Three male busts facing front, arranged side by side in the field, representing the three Gauls — Gallia Lugdunensis, Gallia Belgica, and Gallia Aquitania — whose legions initially supported Galba's bid for power. Each bust is draped and appears helmeted or wreathed, rendered in a schematic but expressive style. A vertical staff or spear separates the central bust from the flanking figures. The legend TRES GALLIAE is inscribed along the lower portion of the flan in bold Roman capitals, clearly identifying the reverse type.
