Beschrijving voorzijde Triskeles figure occupying the entire field: a facing human head at the center, wearing a pointed Phrygian-style cap, with three human legs radiating outward in rotational symmetry. Each leg terminates in a serpent or claw-like extremity. One arm is raised holding a harpa (curved sickle), a second arm extends laterally, and a third is folded at lower center. The design is enclosed within a plain inner field bounded by a beaded border, the whole struck on a broad, slightly irregular flan characteristic of military mint production.

Beschrijving keerzijde Apollo standing nude, facing left, his head turned slightly toward the viewer and adorned with a laurel wreath; he holds a caduceus (or scepter) in his left hand, the attribute extending upward to the left of the field, and an eagle standing on his outstretched right hand. The legend LENT MAR COS is arranged in two lines to the left and right of the figure, divided by the deity's form. The composition is enclosed within a beaded border, with the overall style reflecting the vigorous die-cutting typical of Pompeian military mint issues of the late Republic.
