| Beschrijving keerzijde | Triple cult statue of Diana Nemorensis facing, representing the triune goddess in her aspects as Diana, Hecate, and Selene; the three figures stand side by side, jointly supporting on their upraised hands and shoulders a horizontal beam or architrave, above which five cypress trees rise symmetrically. The left figure holds a poppy and the right figure holds a lily, emblematic of the sanctuary at Nemi. The reverse is anepigraphic and enclosed by a beaded border, the entire composition serving as a rare and iconographically significant depiction of the archaic cult idol at the shrine of Diana Nemorensis. |
