Obverse description Crowned cartouche-shaped shield bearing the arms of Wschowa: a double-barred (patriarchal) cross with two roundels flanking the lower bar, rendered in a late Renaissance heraldic style. The royal crown surmounts the shield, its arches and points visible above the cartouche. The field is plain with no surrounding legend, the design filling the flan to its irregular edge.

Reverse description Displayed eagle of the Kingdom of Poland, wings spread wide with feathers rendered in stylized relief, the head turned to the right (viewer's left) with a small orb or annulet at the nape of the neck in place of a crown. The talons are spread below, and the overall composition occupies the full flan with no encircling legend, consistent with the diminutive module of this denomination.
