Reverse description Full-length standing figure of Saint Victor, the patron martyr, depicted facing right in full knightly armour with helmet, bearing a long-staffed banner or standard in his right hand and a sword slung at his side. The figure divides the inner pearled circle, with the saint's name legend occupying the surrounding field between the inner and outer circles. The reverse composition reflects the devotional iconographic tradition common to ecclesiastical lordship coinage of the sixteenth-century Low Countries.
