Beschrijving voorzijde Youthful male head facing right, identified as Herakles wearing the lion skin headdress, the scalp rendered with characteristic wavy striations across the cranium and flowing mane framing the face. The facial features are modeled in a vigorous Hellenistic style, with a strong profile, well-defined brow, and naturalistic musculature. The lion's skin paws are knotted at the throat, a detail consistent with Macedonian royal bronze coinage of the period. The flan is irregular and slightly off-center, as is typical of hammered bronzes of the era. No legends appear in the obverse field.

Beschrijving keerzijde Two military trophies — a macedonian kausia or crested Macedonian helmet flanked by lance tips — are depicted in the upper and lower registers of the reverse field, representing the emblems of Macedonian military power. Between the two trophies, the Greek letters ΒΑ appear prominently in the central field, serving as an abbreviation of ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ ΑΛΕΞΑΝΔΡΟΥ (King Alexander). The upper device appears as a bow case or quiver rendered in relief, while the lower shows a club or torch with a branch, consistent with Price 377 type. The composition is bold and symmetrical, characteristic of Macedonian royal bronze issues struck under Alexander III.
