| Obverse description | Crab depicted facing, its carapace rendered in relief at center, with prominent claws and legs extending outward into the field. The flan is irregular and the surfaces show the characteristic patina of a hammered bronze issue. No legend or inscription is present. The design is bold and stylized, consistent with Sicilian and island mint coinage of the Hellenistic period. |

| Reverse description | A caduceus with intertwined serpents is displayed upright at center, enclosed within a laurel wreath whose branches curve symmetrically to meet at the base. The wreath is rendered with individual leaves clearly delineated, framing the central device in the manner typical of Hellenistic bronze civic coinage. No inscription or exergual line is present. The overall composition is well-centered despite the irregular flan. |
