Bronze VERCA

Obverse description	Stylized male head facing right, rendered in the characteristic late Gaulish Celtic abstract manner with schematic facial features and flowing, volute-like hair strands radiating around the cranium. The relief is moderately high with deeply cut curvilinear hair locks arranged in a fan-like pattern above and behind the head. The legend VERCA appears in the field, identifying the issuing authority or a magistrate name. The flan is irregular and struck off-center, as is typical of late Arvernian bronze coinage of this period.

Reverse description	Stylized animal figure, most likely a horse or boar, rendered in the abstract Celtic idiom with schematic body and limbs. The design is heavily worn and struck on an irregular flan, making precise identification of subsidiary symbols difficult. The field surrounding the animal motif is largely flat with minor surface granulation from corrosion. This type of reverse is consistent with known Arvernian bronze issues catalogued under LT 3943, characteristic of late Gaulish coinage produced in the final decades before the Roman conquest consolidated the region.
