Obverse description Central pellet surrounded by a radiating geometric design forming a multi-pointed star motif, the points arranged symmetrically around the central boss. The inscription VERLAMIO is distributed between the star points within the field, rendered in incuse Latin characters. The overall composition is characteristic of the abstract Celtic decorative tradition, with the design elements arranged within an unbordered die-struck flan.

Reverse description A bull advancing left in a dynamic posture, with head lowered as if pawing the ground and tail arched upward over the back, rendered in the schematic yet vigorous Celtic artistic style. The animal's musculature is suggested through rounded, stylised forms typical of Catuvellaunian bronze coinage. A branch or plant motif is placed in the lower field beneath the bull. The entire design is contained within a beaded border on the irregular flan, with an open field above.
