| 表面の説明 | Thin hammered silver bracteate struck in high relief, displaying two standing figures facing one another within a plain inner circle framed by a raised beaded border. The two figures, likely representing the duke and a co-ruler or ecclesiastical authority, are shown full-length, their robes rendered in simplified stylized lines, and appear to clasp hands or hold a shared object between them at center. The design is executed in the characteristic flat, single-sided relief technique of 13th-century Austrian bracteate coinage, with no surrounding legend. The irregular flan exhibits the typical thin, wafer-like fabric associated with this series, and the relief image is mirrored as an incuse impression on the reverse side. |
