| Obverse description | Laureate and draped bust of Emperor Trajan facing right, rendered with vigorous portraiture characteristic of the Trajanic period. The emperor wears a laurel wreath and a paludamentum (military cloak) fastened at the right shoulder, the drapery folds rendered with fine detail. The effigy is executed in high relief with strong facial modeling, conveying imperial authority. The circumferential Latin legend runs continuously around the bust within a beaded border. |

| Reverse description | Trajan seated left on a raised tribunal or platform, depicted in military attire, extending his right hand toward a group of foreign client kings or princes standing to the left in supplication, who receive the assignment of their kingdoms. A standing armed attendant or soldier appears behind the emperor. The scene commemorates Trajan's reorganization of eastern client kingdoms during the Parthian campaign. The legend REGNA ADSIGNATA is disposed in the field to left and right of the central figural composition, with no exergual inscription. |
