The goddess is depicted in a dynamic, slightly striding posture typical of Hellenistic provincial die-cutting. The surrounding legend in Greek, distributed around the periphery, reads CTRA ΟΥΛ ΝΙΚΟ ΜΑΧΟΥ, recording the name and title of the local strategos Ulpius Nikomachos under whose authority the coin was issued. The reverse field is plain, with the figure occupying the central zone of the flan. |
