| Beschrijving voorzijde | Bare-necked laureate bust of Nero facing left, rendered in the late Julio-Claudian portrait style with characteristic thick neck and youthful features. The radiate laurel wreath is depicted in fine relief, with individual leaves clearly articulated against the hair. A circular legend surrounds the bust, running from left to right along the coin's periphery. The portrait occupies the majority of the obverse field and displays the bold, slightly idealized treatment typical of Neronian bronze coinage from the Rome mint. |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | A winged, draped figure of Victory strides dynamically to the left, her wings spread and her drapery flowing behind her in the movement. She holds with both hands a large oval shield, upon which the letters S P Q R (Senatus Populusque Romanus) are inscribed, presenting it as a votive offering. The senatorial authorization mark S C (Senatus Consultum) appears in the field, divided to either side of the central figure. The composition reflects the Augustan allegorical tradition of Victory as a symbol of imperial legitimacy and military triumph, rendered in confident relief appropriate to large bronze denominations of the Neronian period. |
