| Beschrijving keerzijde | The reverse bears the Latin inscription SIRPENS — the Latinised form of the city name Serpa — contained between two horizontal incuse lines that divide the field into registers, a layout characteristic of early Iberian municipal bronze coinage. The lettering is rendered in an archaic Latin script and is somewhat coarsely executed, consistent with local workshop production.
