| Opis rewersu | A Roman-style plough is depicted in the upper portion of the reverse, facing left, with its beam and share clearly delineated. Below, a prominent ear of wheat with full grain head occupies the lower field, also oriented to the left, symbolising the agricultural fertility of the Baetican region. Two lines of South Iberian (Meridional) script inscription are arranged horizontally between the two devices, dividing the field. The overall composition reflects the agrarian iconographic tradition characteristic of the Hispanic municipal coinage of Obulco. |
