| Beschrijving voorzijde | Bare or lightly laureate bust of Tiberius facing left, depicted in the Hellenistic portrait tradition with finely rendered hair and a draped shoulder. The circular Greek legend ΤΙΒΕΡΙΟΣ ΚΑΙΣΑΡ ΣΕΒΑΣΤΟΣ runs around the periphery, identifying the emperor by name and title. The regnal year ΙΗ (year 18, corresponding to 31-32 AD) appears in the lower field beneath the bust. The portrait is rendered in a refined Alexandrian style, combining Roman imperial iconography with local artistic conventions. |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | Radiate head of the deified Augustus facing right, the radiate crown signifying his divine status as Θεός (god). The legend ΘΕΟΣ ΣΕΒΑΣΤΟΣ ('the Divine Augustus') surrounds the portrait, proclaiming his posthumous deification. The bust is rendered in a vigorous Alexandrian style, with short, neatly combed hair beneath the radiate crown. This reverse type was used on Alexandrian tetradrachms to honour Augustus as a cult figure, reflecting the strong imperial cult practised in Roman Egypt. |
