| Beschrijving voorzijde | Laureate, cuirassed and paludamentum-draped bust of Antoninus Pius facing right, rendered three-quarter from the rear, with the drapery of the paludamentum visible over the left shoulder. The legend ΑΝΤΩΝΙΝΟ(Ϲ) ϹΕΒ ΕΥϹΕ surrounds the effigy, identifying the emperor by his title Sebastos Eusebes. The portraiture is typical of Alexandrian tetradrachm coinage of regnal year 22, executed in the provincial hammered style. |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | Roma personified seated left upon a cuirass, her figure rendered in flowing drapery, holding a small Nike (Victory) in her extended right hand and a long spear in her left. The regnal date L ΚΒ (Year 22) appears in the field, flanking the enthroned figure to the left and right respectively. The composition reflects the standard Alexandrian billon tetradrachm reverse type honoring the martial and civic virtues of Rome, struck during the twenty-second regnal year of Antoninus Pius. |
