The effigy displays finely rendered curled hair beneath the laurel wreath, characteristic of Alexandrian portraiture of the Severan period. The surrounding field carries the imperial titulature in Greek letters arranged as a circular legend. A dotted border frames the design. |

A palm branch is positioned in the right field before the deity's face, symbolising victory and divine favour. The regnal year date L ΙΒ (year 12) is divided by the central motif, with L to the left and ΙΒ to the right. The reverse is enclosed within a beaded border. |
