正面描述	Laureate and draped bust of Emperor Hadrian facing right, with drapery visible on the left shoulder. A crescent symbol appears to the right of the portrait in the field. The peripheral Greek legend reads ΑΥΤ ΚΑΙ ΤΡΑΙ - ΑΔΡΙΑ ϹΕΒ, abbreviated imperial titulature identifying the emperor as Autocrator Caesar Trajanus Hadrianus Sebastos. The portrait is rendered in the Hellenistic-Roman tradition characteristic of Alexandrian coinage, with finely modelled facial features and a pronounced laurel wreath.

The regnal date L Ϛ (Year 6 of Hadrian's reign, corresponding to 121-122 AD) appears in the field. The composition is typical of Alexandrian civic allegorical types, rendered in a compact, frontal stance with the attributes clearly articulated.
