The effigy is rendered in the provincial Alexandrian style with characteristic bold relief. A circular Greek legend surrounds the portrait field, reading Α ΚΑΙϹΑΡ ΜΑ ΑΥΡ ΑΝΤωΝΙΝΟϹ ΕΥϹΕΒ, identifying the emperor by his imperial titulature. |
