| Descrizione del rovescio | Nilus, the personification of the River Nile, depicted reclining to the left upon a crocodile. The god holds a tall cornucopia in his left arm, from which emerges a small Genius or Agathodaimon figure holding a wreath; a reed stalk is also present in the composition. The date regnal year L ΙΗ (year 18, corresponding to 154–155 AD) appears in the field, a standard dating convention on Alexandrian coinage of the imperial period. |
