| 背面描述 | Jupiter, depicted standing facing left, extends his right hand in a gesture of protection toward the emperor Maximianus, who stands to the right facing left and receives a small Victory on a globe from Jupiter's outstretched hand. Jupiter holds a long sceptre in his left hand, and an eagle stands at his feet on the left. The scene symbolises divine protection and legitimation of imperial authority. The legend IOVI CONSERVATORI AVGG encircles the field, with the mint mark TR in the field and XXI• (or variants) in the exergue, within a beaded border. |
