| Descrizione del dritto | Central field occupied by the sultan's name legend in Arabic script, struck in two lines reading 'Murad ibn Ahmad / Khan', identifying the issuing sovereign as Sultan Murad IV, son of Ahmed I. The inscription is rendered in the characteristic angular Ottoman calligraphic style typical of early 17th-century akce coinage. The flan is small, thin, and irregular in outline, a natural consequence of the hand-hammered production technique. Strike is moderately well-centered with some weakness at the periphery, and the surfaces display the dark grey patina characteristic of low-weight Ottoman silver. No decorative border or geometric frame is present, the lettering filling the entire available field. |

| Descrizione del rovescio | Central field bearing a four-line Arabic legend giving the mint and regnal year formula, reading 'Azza nasruhu / Duriba fi / Saray / Sanat 1032', meaning 'May his victory be glorious / Struck at / Saray / Year 1032 [AH]'. The phrase 'azza nasruhu' is the standard Ottoman pious invocation for the reigning sultan appearing on akce reverses of this period. The mint name Saray (the imperial palace mint at Constantinople) appears on the third line, followed by the Hijri date 1032, corresponding to 1623 CE. Several small circular pellet ornaments are visible in the upper field, a decorative feature associated with the Saray mint type. The flan edges are irregular and clipped, consistent with hammered production. |
