| Obverse lettering | سلطان محمد بن مراد خان |
| Reverse description | The reverse displays a three-line Arabic legend in naskh script, comprising the pious invocation 'Azza nasruhu' (May his victory be glorious) in the upper field, followed by the mint formula 'Duriba fi [Mint Name]' (Struck in [Mint Name]), and the AH date '٨٧٥' (875) in the lower field. The inscription is contained within a plain linear border. The lettering is boldly struck though showing typical die wear and flan irregularity associated with hammered Ottoman silver coinage. The reverse layout conforms to the standard three-line format established for Mehmed II's akçe series. |
