| Descrição do anverso | Confronted busts of the imperial couple facing one another: Philip I, laureate, draped and cuirassed, portrayed from the rear facing right, and Otacilia Severa, draped, facing left. The two effigies are juxtaposed at center, creating a symmetrical dynastic composition characteristic of Carian provincial issues. The surrounding field carries the imperial titulature legend in Greek characters. The portraiture follows the Antonine tradition of provincial bronze coinage, rendered in high relief. |

| Descrição do reverso | Nike, the goddess of victory, depicted standing to the left in flowing draped garments, her large wings spread behind her. She extends her right hand forward holding a wreath, while her left hand supports a tall palm branch resting against her shoulder. The figure is rendered in the classical Hellenistic tradition typical of Carian civic bronzes. The Greek civic legend identifying the city of Stratonicea and the prytanis Severianos is distributed around the field. The coin shows a dark green patina consistent with long burial, with surface corrosion but the main devices remaining legible. |
