The dedicatory Greek legend ΙΕΡΩΝΥΜΟϹ ΑΝΕΘΗΚΕ ΚΥΜΑΙΟΙϹ is distributed around the periphery of the field, recording that a local benefactor named Hieronymos dedicated this issue to the citizens of Cyme.
