Obverse description Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Caracalla facing right, rendered in three-quarter view from the rear, displaying the paludamentum fastened at the shoulder and the segmented cuirass. The effigy is rendered in the vigorous provincial style characteristic of Mysian civic coinage under the Severan dynasty. The circular legend is inscribed in Greek characters within a beaded border encircling the field.

Reverse description Apollo seated right upon a rocky outcrop, nude, holding a plectrum in his right hand and a lyre in his left, engaged in musical contest with Marsyas, who stands to the left holding a double flute (aulos) in each hand. To the right, a reclining river god is depicted leaning left, serving as a witness to the mythological scene. The composition reflects a well-known Hellenistic narrative type frequently employed on Mysian provincial bronze coinage. The reverse legend is inscribed in Greek around the field within a beaded border.
