| Beschrijving voorzijde | Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Antoninus Pius facing right, rendered in the typical provincial style of the Pergamene mint. A circular countermark appears in the right field, a common feature on civic bronzes of the Mysian conventus. The obverse legend runs around the periphery in Greek characters. The portrait exhibits the characteristic mature features of Antoninus Pius, with a laurel wreath crown and visible drapery at the truncation of the shoulder. |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | Two standing figures occupy the reverse field in a formally composed, facing arrangement. To the left, Asclepius stands facing with his head turned to the left, holding his serpent-entwined staff (kerykeion) in his left hand. To the right, the personification of Pergamos, depicted as a bearded, nude male figure, stands facing with head turned left, extending his right hand to crown Asclepius with a wreath while holding a long sceptre in his left hand. This iconographic pairing underscores Pergamum's celebrated association with the cult of Asclepius and civic pride. The reverse legend is distributed around the field and references the strategos Quartus in his second term of office. |
