| Obverse description | Laureate, nude bust of Emperor Trajan facing right, with an aegis draped over the left shoulder, rendered in the characteristic Alexandrian provincial style. The imperial effigy displays finely engraved hair beneath the laurel wreath, with strong facial features typical of Trajanic portraiture. A circular Greek legend surrounds the bust, running along the coin's periphery within the field. |
